In the beautiful north of La Palma, in the municipality of Garafía, we are selling a stunning plot of land measuring 3,726 m², set amidst nature and situated in one of La Palma’s most beautiful ravines. The plot borders directly on the Barranco de la Luz, offering fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, unique vegetation, and falcons and eagles circling overhead.

However, there is a so-called Camino Real, which a building contractor has estimated would cost around €20,000 to construct, enabling access to the plot with heavy construction machinery and, of course, a car. The local mayor has already given his approval for this.
