Here we are selling an old Canarian house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.
A beautiful property with 3,300 m² of land in the area of Las Tricias, the well-known almond tree region in the north-west of La Palma.

The house has a floor area of just under 100 m² and a small basement without headroom, plus a closed and an open cave, as well as two old and small water tanks.

In spring, the landscape here is covered in white and pink flowers and the famous almond blossom festival is celebrated in the neighbouring village. The entrance to the Dragon Tree Valley, with its many picturesque trees that seem to come from a bygone era, can also be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

There are already some almond trees on the property and further fruit trees can be planted. The climate is suitable for pome fruit, but avocados also thrive here.

There are beautiful views of the sea and the Las Tricias area from the entire plot.

A supermarket, an excellent café/restaurant (Camu Camu) and a tourist information centre and craft shop can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The centre of Puntagorda, where there are many restaurants, shops, a bank and a pharmacy, is 7 minutes away.

Somewhat disadvantageous is the LP1, which runs past the house in about 10 metres, but there is no heavy traffic. In the future, a change in the main road will divert traffic elsewhere.
