Wonderful turistic Plot in Puntagorda

In Puntagorda, the village of the Almond Blossom Festival, this tourist building plot is located at an altitude of approximately 900 metres, with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains covered with Canarian pine trees. Just a few hundred metres from the main road connecting the wild north of the island with the villages of Puntagorda and Tijarafe, it offers excellent conditions for tourist use.

The village of Puntagorda has become very popular with tourists, expats and locals alike. There is a large weekly market, which is often used for cultural events, and the village centre is very lively. Supermarkets and shops, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies can all be found in the idyllic village of Puntagorda.

The plot is not very steep, is bordered on one side by a paved road and is about 60 metres deep. The total plot size is 4,500 m² and has recently been re-measured.

Electricity and water are supplied by infrastructure passing by the property. According to the building authority, the plot is suitable for tourist use with up to 10 beds.

The unforgettable sunsets, the many hiking trails, the access to the sea, the diverse landscape, the friendly people and the tranquillity of a village in the north-west of the island of La Palma are what make this place so special. You can quickly reach the unspoilt north of the island, where the largest telescopes in the northern hemisphere are discreetly located. There are many traces of the indigenous people to admire here, and several parks and museums have been dedicated to the Benahoaritas or Awaras.

The town of Los Llanos is about 30 km away and the nearest sandy beach is about 12 km away. However, there are also several other access points to the sea, which can be reached via exciting short or longer routes, and where you can also swim.
