This finca in the mountains of Tijarafe was built for goat farming but has hardly been used. It is 11,500 m2 in size and has a beautiful view of the sea, and is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape with vineyards, fruit trees and pine forests.

Due to its high location, the finca is ideal for astronomical observations and hiking tourism. Two official hiking trails are close by and the Roque de los Muchachos can be reached on foot. However, the finca is also ideal for agriculture, especially fruit growing.

The finca can be developed for tourist purposes with up to 40 beds, and of course the existing building, approx. 224 m2, lends itself to a change of use or further operation for animal husbandry, e.g. horse breeding.
