Huge Finca in the wild north

This idyllic finca is located in the wild north of the island of La Palma, in the Garafía region, at an altitude of 1,250 metres with a magnificent view of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean off La Palma. The finca measures over 15,900 m² and is largely terraced and can be used for agricultural purposes.

There are several fruit trees on the finca, a mighty chestnut tree and plenty of space for further planting.

At this altitude, the air is extremely clear and clean, making it ideal for astronomical observations.

The access road is a well-maintained dirt track and there is only one neighbour, otherwise you are alone with nature.

There are three buildings on the finca: a traditional pajero in good condition and ready to move into, approx. 32 m², a main building built into the hillside and well insulated against damp, approx. 100 m², and another old pajero, approx. 27 m², which is awaiting renovation.

The Pajero is basically one large room, which was once planned to be extended to include a kitchen and bathroom.

The main house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a storage room. The water is heated by a gas boiler and is available in the bathroom and kitchen.

It is long and narrow and has a covered terrace of 50 m² along its entire length and a barbecue area with sink, table and chairs.

There is a water connection to the public water supply with a 1,000-litre storage tank, as well as a 12,000-litre tank for additional water rented from the Minaderos gallery.

Electricity is provided by solar panels with modern control and storage technology and is housed in a separate utility room.
